Team
Adrien Gabellon is a business lawyer with extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial matters. Doctor of Laws from the University of Fribourg, he holds an LL.M. degree in International Economic Law, Business, and Policy from Stanford University (USA). With many years of experience and an in-depth understanding of the Swiss market, he founded GL to create a law firm combining a strong academic commitment and bespoke assistance to his clients.
Anne Gabellon is a Swiss qualified lawyer, holds a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) from the University of Fribourg and an LL.M. degree in International Financial Law from King’s College London. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate law and competition law. She assists private and institutional clients in the formation and development of companies (acquisition or sale of companies or parts of companies, restructuring operations, financing).
