Adrien Gabellon

Adrien Gabellon is a business lawyer with extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial matters. Doctor of Laws from the University of Fribourg, he holds an LL.M. degree in International Economic Law, Business, and Policy from Stanford University (USA). With many years of experience and an in-depth understanding of the Swiss market, he founded GL to create a law firm combining a strong academic commitment and bespoke assistance to his clients.

In his practice, Adrien regularly advises high-net-worth individuals and private clients on business development, estate planning, and charitable organizations. He is often involved in complex disputes with cross-border issues and represents clients in commercial and banking litigation, regulatory investigations, and white-collar crime investigations. 

Simultaneously to his activity at the Firm, Adrien is a Lecturer at the University of Fribourg, where he teaches Associations Law and Foundations Law (Master's Degree). He is the author of numerous publications in Private Law. His current academic work includes a textbook on Association Law and a Commentary on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
